Dreams really do come true! Joshua and Julie’s dream started in 1989, in Gresham Oregon, when they met one another. A friendship sparked and they were married in 1997. Julie’s ambition was always to own her own restaurant.
After working in the restaurant industry for 34 years, the dream finally became a reality in December 2020, when Joshua and Julie were given the opportunity to become the owners of Clark’s Fork.

What inspired Joshua and Julie to take over Clark’s Fork? The unique brand, a clean restaurant, great food, and the opportunity to create a personal bond with guests. Our Mission is to serve exceptional fresh food to our amazing clientele. Joshua and Julie believe in long-lasting relationships, excellent service, and providing an excellent product.
